The Transformer Goes Fish (8.13.12)

Today was the epitome of a hang out day! We slept in, ate a late breakfast and then got a few things done around campus. After our little "adventure" out, we decided to be "hermits" for the rest of the day :)

Later in the day, a couple came by who is in their 4th term because we were buying a transformer from them. It needed a little repair job so another couple (in 2nd term and they also live on campus in the married housing near us) came by with a screwdriver. They started giving us some advice on the island, where to go and not to go, what we needed to do while we were here, how to find the best deals and all of a sudden we had realized that 2 hours had gone by! We got some great recommendations and met some great new friends!

We continued our solitary day with a game- GO FISH! Yes we are 23 years old playing go fish :)
Go Fish has become our break time challenge! We get "somewhat" competitive, ok really competitive, sometimes even throwing in a wager or two. But, it is really fun, is a quick way for Ashkon to take his mind off of studying, and gives us some time to spend together through all the studying (yes, even after one week of medical school).
